　　1. The screen printing machine starts immediately without stepping on the foot switch of the screen printing machine when the semi-automatic is opened. The main reason for this kind of fault is mostly because the foot switch is damaged or the foot switch socket has water, which leads to short circuit and causes such a fault. In addition, there may be a problem with the manual open button switch. The maintenance method is to replace the new manual open switch or socket or button switch, or remove the open switch to repair the damaged parts.

　　2. The sliding seat of the foot switch drops when the screen printing machine works in the semi-automatic working state, and then rises after releasing the foot. This kind of fault is generally the switch on the left side of the sliding block damaged or broken connection line, the solution is to replace the switch or switch connection line.

　　3. When the silk screen printing machine is in semi-automatic working state, step on the foot switch and slide down, and the printing base does not move after moving to the left. The reason for this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the transverse slide seat is not sensed or there is a problem. The solution to the problem is to adjust the induction point on the left switch or change the proximity switch; In addition, the foot switch is stuck and not action is caused by the fault. The solution is to adjust the switch in the foot switch, repair the micro switch or replace it.

　　4. The screen printing machine moves half a beat slowly when lifting the plate after the action change. This kind of fault as long as there is something to control the solenoid valve blocked or the solenoid valve fault, the solution is to replace the solenoid valve or good maintenance.

　　5. All manual and semi-automatic actions do not respond but the power light is on. The general reason for this kind of failure is that the low pressure side fuse is blown and no air source is entered, and the solenoid valve is faulty. To solve the problem is to replace the low pressure side fuse, check whether the pressure reaches 4-6P, such a situation is generally solenoid valve all have a fault possibility is very small, most of the connection is broken.

　　6. No automatic or semi-automatic descent. The reason for such problems is that the right proximity switch of the transverse slide seat is faulty or not induced, and the connection point of the single acting switch may be damaged. Fix the problem or replace the right proximity switch to adjust the proximity switch induction.

　　7. The automatic function of the screen printing machine cannot be started. The fault is because the micro-branch switch of the upper and lower cylinder is normally closed, and the contact cannot be switched on or the timer is damaged.

　　8. Screen printing table does not inhale. This kind of fault is that the suction motor burns, or the contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged, the control suction solenoid valve is faulty, and the suction selector switch is faulty. The solution is to repair the circuit or replace the corresponding parts.

　　9. The rising speed of vertical slide seat of silkscreen printing machine is relatively slow, because its bearing is oil-free or the cylinder piston itself is worn, and the magnetic impact makes the axis bend. The solution is to supply oil, replace the piston, adjust the axis position, etc.
