Automatic screen printing machine: printing faults and solutions
(1) paper wool. The main reason is that the ink viscosity is too large or poor paper strength. The method of elimination is to add an appropriate amount of ink adhesive, reduce the ink viscosity, the use of high surface strength paper, reduce the speed of the press.
(2) The printing color becomes lighter. The main reason is that the thixotropy of the ink is too large, too small viscosity. The method of elimination is to add new ink with large fluidity or to add resin ink oil with large viscosity.
(3) toner fading. The main reasons are insufficient ink connection material, viscosity is too small, drying too slow, poor water resistance. The ink absorption of the paper is too strong, the paper is too watery or acidic. Elimination method is to speed up the ink drying speed, add red dry oil in the ink, reduce the acidity of aqueous solution, reduce the amount of water.
(4) adhesion. The main reason is that the amount of powder is too small, the paper pile is too high, and the ink curing is too slow. The elimination method is to increase the amount of powder, reduce the thickness of the finished product accumulation, choose rapid oil fixing, or add polyethylene wax in the ink.
(5) Drying is too slow. The main reason is insufficient desiccant in ink, paper or water is too acid. The method of elimination is to add the right amount of desiccant in the ink, adjust the PH value of the solution.
(6) Flying ink. The main reason is that the ink layer is too thick, the viscosity is too small or the ink roller installation is unreasonable. The elimination method is to use thicker ink, reduce the amount of ink, check whether the ink roller installation is reasonable to eliminate static electricity, improve the indoor temperature.
(7) paste plate. The main reason is that the ink proportion is too large, powder content is too high, coarse particles, viscosity is too small, poor water resistance, ink roller and printing plate ink layer is too thick, paper powder. The method of elimination is to improve the ink viscosity or add a new thick ink to adjust or replace the paper.
(8) heap wipe. The main reasons are poor water resistance of ink, small viscosity, insufficient connection material, poor transfer, or paper powder. The method of elimination is to adjust the specific proportion of ink, add a higher ink coloring force, improve the water resistance of ink or replace better paper.
(9) inking roller. The main reason is that the water resistance of the ink is not good, the viscosity is too large, the water supply is too large. The method of elimination is to add new ink, reduce the water supply of the wetting solution or add isopropyl alcohol to the wetting solution, in order to improve the wettability and increase the volatility.
(10) dirty oil. The main reason is that the water resistance of the ink is too poor, the viscosity is not enough, the oil is too strong. Elimination method is to improve the viscosity of the ink, add a small amount of oil, switch to fast drying light ink, add a small amount of light magnesium carbonate in the ink to reduce oil, or try not to use lake pigment ink.
(11) dirty version. The main reason is that the ink is too soft, the viscosity is small, the water resistance is too poor, the acid and glue in the water moistening solution is not enough, and the water glue is not clean. The method of elimination is to replace the ink with good elasticity, add appropriate amount of Arabic resin glue in the wetting fluid, improve the acidity of the wetting fluid, add appropriate amount of isopropyl alcohol, and thoroughly clean the wet plate roller.
