Screen printing machine manufacturer: What are the quality requirements, let is flying intelligent technology to tell you
(1) printing resistance
Printing resistance refers to the ability of the plate to withstand printing times, and the plate should be suitable for screen printing tasks.
(2) Reproducibility
Reproducibility refers to the ability of a screen plate to reproduce the original image. It is in the screen printing machine printing plate accuracy, clarity, resolution and so on.
1. Plate accuracy of screen printing press. The accuracy of the screen printing machine plate refers to the position and dimensional accuracy of the plate. It is related to the raw and auxiliary materials and methods used in plate making.
2. Definition of screen printing plate. In photography, sharpness is the degree to which the edge density of an image varies across the film, and in screen printing, sharpness is the degree to which the edges of a plate film image are neat in both horizontal and vertical directions. It consists of three elements: the sharpness of the shoulder, the bridging and the flatness.
(3) Thickness of the film on the printing surface
The film thickness of the screen printing surface affects the thickness and clarity of the ink layer, especially for small images, and even changes the sequence value and color of the dot. When the product requires thicker ink layer, thicker line, the corresponding requirements version of the film should also be thicker. Under normal circumstances, the most favorable film thickness of ink plate: screen plate thickness +6μm ~ 8μm. The film thickness can be measured with a film thickness meter.
After screen printing ink and substrate bonding is not strong reason:
1, substrate surface oil, dust and other unclean or plastic products before printing processing is not sufficient.
2, the ink itself stick relay is not strong, and this situation should be replaced with other kinds of ink.
3. Improper selection of dilution solvent
4, expired ink
5, the net distance is too large
6. Improper addition of auxiliary agents.
