The core components of CCD screen printing machine include the following parts:
1、 CCD vision system
CCD (Charge Coupled Device) is the key to the entire visual system. It is equivalent to the "eyes" of a machine. CCD sensors can accurately capture image information of substrates, including details such as position, shape, and size. For example, when printing high-precision electronic product circuit boards, CCD vision systems can accurately identify the position and shape of tiny solder pads and circuits on the circuit board, with a resolution of up to micrometers. This enables the screen printing machine to accurately locate the printed pattern, ensuring the accuracy of printing. Moreover, the CCD vision system can also detect printed patterns and promptly detect printing defects such as pattern deviation and insufficient ink volume.
2、 Printing head
The print head is the component directly responsible for transferring ink onto the substrate. For CCD screen printing machines, the accuracy and stability of the printing head are crucial. It usually consists of a scraper and a ink return knife. The material and angle of the scraper will affect the transfer effect of ink. A high-quality scraper can evenly scrape the ink through the screen, allowing the ink to be accurately printed on the substrate through the mesh holes. The ink recycling knife is responsible for uniformly recycling the ink back to its initial position after each printing, preparing for the next printing. In some high-speed CCD screen printing machines, the printing head also has the function of automatically adjusting pressure, which can flexibly adjust the printing pressure according to the different thicknesses and materials of the substrate to ensure good ink transfer.
3、 Wire mesh components
Screen printing is the foundation for pattern printing on screen printing machines. The material and mesh size of the screen determine the printing resolution and ink permeability. In CCD screen printing machines, tension control of the screen is very important. A precise tension control system can ensure that the screen remains flat during the printing process, preventing the screen from becoming loose and causing pattern deformation. Moreover, the installation and replacement of the screen is relatively convenient, and operators can quickly replace screens with different patterns according to different printing needs. For example, when printing plastic products with multiple different patterns, the screen of the corresponding pattern can be changed at any time to meet diverse production needs.
4、 Control system
The control system is the "brain" of the CCD screen printing machine. It is responsible for coordinating the work of various components, including data processing of CCD vision system, motion control of printing head, lifting and lowering of screen, and automation of the entire printing process. Advanced control systems can achieve high-precision position control and speed adjustment. Through preset programs, operators can easily adjust printing parameters such as printing speed, printing frequency, CCD detection accuracy, etc. At the same time, the control system also has fault diagnosis and alarm functions. Once a component has an abnormality, it can promptly remind the operator to repair and handle it.
